Data Deletion

You can remove Postinger's access to your social media accounts and delete your data at any time. This page explains how. For everything we collect and how long we keep it, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect an account in Postinger

In the Postinger app, open the social account and choose Disconnect. Its access tokens are deleted immediately and we stop accessing that platform.

2. Remove access from the platform

• Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, select Postinger and click Remove.
• Instagram: go to Settings > Apps and Websites, select Postinger and click Remove.
• YouTube / Google: open your Google security settings, select Postinger and remove access.
• TikTok: go to Settings and privacy > Security > Apps and services, select Postinger and remove access.

When a platform tells us you removed our access, we delete the related tokens.

3. Delete your account and all data

Email support@postinger.dev from the email address on your Postinger account with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm your request and, within 30 days, delete your account, connected accounts, posts, media and analytics, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records held by our payment provider.

If you started the deletion from Facebook or Instagram, you can check the status of your request by emailing us with the confirmation code you received.
